I have been going to Alpha Omega [Helping Hands] on and off for the last 3 years. I was struggling to take care of my newborn when I first started. She is 3 now and I can say Alpha Omega has helped me a lot not only have I learned to tell when my girls are hungry but when they are tired and just want to be held. The people there are amazing. I loved the help, support, and courage they gave me and now I have three girls, am married and going good.
